Perhaps you were created for such a time as this.
One practice, two problems.
Businesses hire me to fix how the work runs. People hire me to grow into the room they’re already in. Most of my clients need a little of both.
Consulting
Hard money lending operations, startups, sales, and the everyday efficiency work that quietly decides whether a company scales.

Coaching
I work with people at every level — from a first-year hire to a seated executive — to find their voice, build their strength, and take the seat they’ve earned.
- ●Leadership development
- ●Next Level Leader (executive)
- ●Company culture & team alignment
- ●Meeting efficiency & strategic planning
My mission is simple: to help women find their seat at the table — and help male leaders know how to make sure they stay there.
I know what it feels like to find your voice.
Throughout my career, I’ve had to learn how to speak up, trust my instincts, lead with confidence, and take my seat at the table — not because someone handed it to me, but because I learned that I belonged there.
Some of the greatest moments of my career haven’t been the deals closed, the companies built, or the numbers on a balance sheet. They’ve been the moments when another woman has had an “aha” moment — when she realizes her own value, finds her voice, and starts showing up differently.
That is the work I love most.
I was raised by a strong, powerful woman who taught me what grit really looks like. My grandmother grew up during the Great Depression and raised four children on her own. She didn’t have the luxury of giving up. She taught me resilience, determination, independence, and the belief that you figure things out and keep moving forward. I carried those lessons with me into my own life and career.
I’ve raised four children as a single mom, earned my master’s degree in business, and spent the last 15 years building and leading companies. I’ve sat on both sides of the table — as a woman trying to make my voice heard, and as a leader responsible for building teams, making difficult decisions, and getting results.
Along the way, I realized something: there are incredibly talented women sitting outside the room, and there are women sitting at the table who don’t yet realize they have every right to be there. And there are male leaders who genuinely want strong women on their teams but don’t always know how to recognize, support, and retain that talent.
That’s where Shatter the Glass comes in. I created this coaching practice to help women stop second-guessing themselves, find their voice, and confidently take their seat at the table — and to help leaders create environments where those women can thrive, contribute, and stay.
Because getting a seat at the table is only the beginning. The goal is to know you belong there.
What clients say.
Rachael helped me find my voice.
I came to Rachael feeling like I had lost my confidence. I knew I had good ideas and something valuable to contribute, but I constantly second-guessed myself and held back.
Rachael asked the right questions and challenged me in a way that helped me really see what was holding me back. Through our work together, I learned to trust myself, speak up, and stop shrinking myself to make other people comfortable.
I’m showing up differently in both my personal and professional life, and I finally feel like myself again.
I didn’t realize how much my leadership presence was affecting my team.
Working with Rachael has made me so much more self-aware as a leader. She helped me recognize things I was doing that I didn’t even realize were sending signals to my team.
She gave me practical ways to communicate better, lead more effectively, and be more intentional about how I show up.
The difference in my team has been incredible. Communication is better, accountability is stronger, and my team is performing at a level I honestly haven’t seen before.
We didn’t even realize what we were missing.
When we first met with Rachael, we thought we had a pretty good handle on our business. What we quickly discovered was that there were opportunities right in front of us that we simply weren’t seeing.
Rachael has a unique ability to ask the right questions and identify small changes that can create a much bigger impact. The adjustments she helped us make were practical and surprisingly simple, but the results were significant.
Our earnings increased dramatically, and we now have a much clearer understanding of what is driving our business forward.
